While walking to catch the ferry I decided to put my brave girl panties on and have an one on one moment with this Boa....you only live once right???.....LOL
Dinner in Little Italy was awesome; the ambiance, food, weather...everything was perfect! The Lobster Ravioli (bottom) and Watermelon Martinis was the best I ever tasted. |
We had a chance to visit the 911 memorial site, which was absolutely beautiful. It was so surreal to be back at the site where the attack took place. Although there are hundreds of people touring the site when you stand near the waterfalls it was so quite and peaceful. It is as if all the background noise silences. The "survivor tree" was the ONLY tree that was standing after the attack. I thought that this was pretty amazing.
As much as I like LOVE to shop, I did very little on this trip **gasp** ...LOL. I picked up a couple of cute pieces here and in Soho, but that was it. I am just one of those people who have to be in the mood to shop, and for some reason I just wasn't this trip.
xoxo

DeleteBoa as fashion accessory, I love it! Need to learn how to tie my head wraps so they look fashionable like yours. Looks like a great trip!
ReplyDeleteThanks Robin. I actually just started wearing my scarves like this. I wanted to step outside my comfort zone. I am glad I did because I love it!
