"Leather Ruffles"

Hey loves. I apologize for my two and a half week hiatus. I have been super busy and stressed with work and other things. I literally for the past two weeks have been in scrubs, workout clothes, or leggings and Uggs, definitely not OOTD material....LOL. This coupled with me feeling uninspired kinda forced me to take a break. I talked to my other blogger friends and was glad to know that I am not the only one who has had this feeling. Yesterday I had to run some errands so I jumped at the chance to wear this amazing ruffled sweatshirt that I recently purchased. I paired it with a pair of coated jeans, Chanel necklace, and my Steve Madden high top sneaks.
I tried to purchase this shirt from Shoxie when it first came out a couple of months ago, but it sold out so fast. Luckily for me they recently restocked it and I was able to get it. I am such a huge fan of Folake from Style Pantry. I have been following her blog forever, and she is actually one of my "blogger inspirations".Shoxie  is an online clothing website she recently started. They have some really amazing affordable pieces. You can check out the fabulous dress I purchased from there HERE
For my fellow bloggers, Do you get uninspired? What do you do to get your mojo back?

"Bankhead"

Happy Tuesday, I hope everyone had a fantastic Super Bowl weekend. I am neither here or there about football, but I can say that I am still on a Beyonce Giselle Knowles- Carter high. I am SO excited that she is back, and even more excited that she will be going on tour again!!!! I missed the "Sasha Fierce" tour, but you can best believe that I will NOT miss this one.
Why I decided to make a pit stop in Bankhead, (aka the trap aka the hood)to take pictures I don't know..LOL. Anyways this day I was in a funky casual mood, and decided to pair my new Nike dunks with a faux leopard jacket that I have had forever.
This jacket is one of the best pieces I have ever found at TJ Maxx. I couldn't believe when I ran across it on the clearance rank for $25!!!

"Fancy January Review"

So the first month of the new year is gone can you believe it? I hope you all are sticking to your resolutions...LOL. I am proud to say that I have been, it's a fighting battle but I am still winning. Here are my OOTD post for January. It finally got cold here so I was finally able to wear some of my favorite winter accessories. It is hard to choose, but I think my monochromatic grey look was my fav.

So what was your favorite look?
