"Nostalgia"

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend. I am still in Utah visiting my family. My week has been filled with catching up on sleep, hitting up my favorite consignment/vintage shops, visiting family and hanging out with my favorite little person in the whole wide world, my seven year old niece Daisha. (who by the way was my photographer.....LOL) I drove past my old high school yesterday (West High) and thought it would be cool to use it at my location to take pictures. While having dinner with my brother yesterday we had a deep conversation about the "butterfly effect". I am not sure if you have seen or remember the movie of the same title that came out some years ago with Ashton Kutcher where the premise of the movie was what would happen if you could go back in time and change things how different would your life be? What would be the outcome? It made me think back to all the things I've been through, my beginning, my trials, my successes, and my failures. I honestly can say that I wouldn't change a thing, and my life all the good and bad is what I am truly thankful for.
I found this awesome patchwork newsboy cap on Friday at one of my favorite consigment shops here called Consignment Circuit. I found some other amazing pieces that I can't wait to share with you. I have been super casual since I have been home wearing no make-up, tights, over sized shirts, so this cap was perfect to throw on so I wouldn't have to worry about my hair.

Again I wanna give a special shout out to my doll for being my photographer for the day!
