"Orange Paisley"

Hey ladies! You know I am all about shopping on a budget. I truly believe you can build a wardrobe and put together fabulous outfits without breaking the bank, and his short set is a perfect example. I literally stumbled upon it while shopping at a store that I don't frequent at all....JC Penny! I was able to snag the blouse and shirt for under $40! The quality of both pieces are great, and it is beyond comfortable. I literally felt like I was wearing pajamas. I paired it with my orange clutch, London Trash pumps, arm candy, gold accessories, and a high side ponytail.
Happy Thursday!

" A Fashion Homage....Doris Megger"

Hey dolls! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Mine was restful, but I was able to finally wear these amazing pieces that were sent to me from Doris Megger to review. When they arrived in the mail I immediately fell in love with the colors, the print, and the quality of both the skirt and blouse. Doris Megger is a German fashion designer who has been creating beautiful pieces for curvy women since 2007. The luxury clothing line is mostly made of stretch silk, cashmere, or high-end jersey material. I was impressed with the different pieces, and beyond excited to know that a plus-sized couture line is now an option for us! Check out how I styled the beautiful pieces below....
I decided to separate the skirt and blouse in this look. . I wore the shirt by itself with jeans in a completely different look which I will share with you all later. On this day I paired a lace blouse, statement accessories, and my London Trash platforms.
I detached the silk bow from the blouse and added to the back of my bun as a cool hair accessory.
Look at the beautiful detail in the skirt. The fit was comfortable and true to size.

You can check out more of the her beautiful, timeless pieces HERE, and see their Atelier Couture preview HERE.

"Rottweiler"

I live for eclectic, funky, different pieces; I think that is probably why I am so addicted to vintage clothing and accessories.I love trends, but lately have tried to make it habit to fall back from "trendy" pieces. Anyways I was browsing online and ran across this T-shirt Rottweiler print dress on River Island and immediately fell in LOVE!
I kept it simple and comfortable by pairing it with my Steve Madden high top sneaks, and my new favorite gorilla chain from Melody Eshani. If you have been following me for awhile you already know that I think she is such a dope jewlery designer. I am truly and fan, and own several of her pieces that seem to coordinate with my wardrobe perfectly
How adorable is this little guy I ran into while I was in Five Points???Matching red sneaks, gold chains....I had to take a picture with him
Happy Thursday! xoxo

"Back at It"

Hey dolls!!! I am back! I really did not plan on taking this long of a break, but hey man life happens....literally. I am still on my constant grind, but I am really going to make a conscience effort to carve out time to dedicate to the one thing that I truly have a passion for. I hope you all are enjoying your summer and staying cool. I decided to get some Senegalese twists a couple of weeks ago, because I wanted to try a different protective style than my normal sew in. My hair is so thick and natural, so maintaining it while working out five times a week became a real challenge. Needless to say I am in love with my new do. Totally maintenance free and so many styling options.
I wore this adorable denim skater dress a couple of weeks ago to a fashion show. I purchased it from Asos a very long time ago and actually wore it in a post HERE. I paired it with my favorite Jeffery Campbell platforms and a thrifted clutch and my staple gold necklaces.

How adorable is this book/magazine clutch. My bestest fashion boo Neshanta from Style is She actually found this for me when we payed a visit to a Goodwill about a month ago. I thought it was so nice of her to pass it to me, because we all know how it is when you thrift, it's every fashionista for themselves!...LOL
Here's how I styled the dress last fall during the colder months. Which look do you like best?
Happy Monday!
